Q. How do I create an Interlibrary Loan account?
From our Library homepage, scroll to the Interlibrary Loan icon and click on the link.
Since you are a new user, go to the bottom of the screen where it states: Don't have an account?Create account
Fill in the fields and then press Create Account. Please use your NU email as only current NU students, faculty, and staff have ILL privileges.
You will then have access to the Request page.
Press Create request and it will open to the article page. You can also request books or DVDs by switching to those tabs,
Fill in all of the details for your article and press Submit request at the bottom of the page.
We receive your request and send out the request. If we are successful in getting a copy (and we usually are!), you will receive your article in your NU email within a day or two. DVDs and Books are shipped via USPS from their library and may take a couple of weeks.
