When you are following the printing setup directions for Windows, you may get through most of the setup steps okay, but after double-clicking HOLD-QUEUE, you get the message "Windows Cannot Connect to the Printer."
This is related to a Windows update in Fall 2021, that is causing issues worldwide, not just at NU. We have a workaround that will allow you to add the printer, and download the print drivers, manually. See this handout. If this doesn't resolve the issue, you can bring your laptop to the IT Help Desk in the Glynn Hall Annex.
If you need a document printed right away and don't have time to try the workaround or visit IT, a library staff member can print your document for you.
