If you send a print job from your Mac, but it doesn't seem to show up on the printer, it may be due to a login issue.
When you send a print job to NU's print network, you will be asked for authentication. ***For Mac users, your username is your NU email address***, such as jsmith@mail.niagara.edu. But sometimes, your Mac may try to automatically fill in the username with the device's own local login. If you accept that username and try to proceed, it may look like the print job is sent, but your device is still waiting for the correct username/password.

Look for the printer icon on your Mac, and click it to show all the current print jobs. If the current print job is listed with the message "Hold for Authentication," that means that it has not accepted your login attempt. Click the circular arrow next to it, which should bring up the login box again. Enter your NU username and password, and try to retrieve your print job again.
