If you swipe your card to retrieve a print job and nothing shows up, check which "printer" it was sent to. NU Library  computers should default to sending all print jobs to HOLD-QUEUE, but sometimes they may display something else, such as "Microsoft One Note."

Just select HOLD-QUEUE and send it again.
