Why won't Zoom LTI 1.3 work in Canvas?

 

Answer

If you are a new faculty member, you must first activate your NU Zoom account before it will work in Canvas's Zoom LTI 1.3. To activate your NU Zoom account, please:

  1. Navigate to https://niagara-edu.zoom.us/ or click on the Zoom icon in MyNU. 
  2. Sign In with your PurplePass credentials 
  3. Signing in once to Zoom's web portal activates your NU Zoom account. Canvas's Zoom LTI 1.3 tool will now work in your Canvas course.
